She was nominated and won an award from the Child Abuse Coalition April 5, 2011. Below you will see the video our kids made for this very special occasion. The Gila Valley Boys and Girls Club enables all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
Our Programs
Our programs range from homework help to arts and crafts. Each program is specifically designed to enable youth to enjoy each day they attend the Club as well as to engage in various learning experiences that will enhance their futures. Click here to read about Our Programs.

BE GREAT
The purpose of the BE GREAT campaign is to raise awareness for many conditions that are affecting the youth and young adults in America. Some of these issues include drop out rates, underage drinking, and childhood obesity. The youth of the Gila Valley deal with these issues daily and often times have no one to help them make the choices that would be most beneficial to them. Our mission and purpose is to be a healthy and positive place for all young people.
